Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and using the Comma Three product. By purchasing and using the product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product Description and Use

It is not intended to replace human driving, and users must remain attentive and engaged while using the product. Limitation of Liability

As a vendor of the Comma Three product, we shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, that may arise from the use of the product. Comma.ai shall hold all liability for any damages resulting from the use of the product. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of the Comma Three product.

User Responsibilities

Users of the Comma Three product are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the product. Users must also follow all instructions provided with the product, including installation, setup, and maintenance procedures.

Termination

Comma.ai reserves the right to terminate this agreement and the use of the Comma Three product at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Users agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Modification of Terms

Comma.ai reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice or liability. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions and any modifications.
